Configuration-ready workflows for Google Calendar, Meet, Gmail, Drive, Notion, social publication, payments and meetings. Nothing is connected — all fields are in place so a connector can be switched on later without changes to the public site.

Everything below is prepared but not connected. No external accounts are called from the current plan. Fields are in place so a connector can be switched on later without schema changes.
Google Calendar
Events store a Google Calendar event ID, sync status, timezone, start/finish and location. Ready to create/update calendar events when the connector is active.
Base44 connector (Builder+)
Google Meet
Online meeting link field on events and appointments. Supports manual entry now; future workflow can auto-generate a Meet space when a booking is approved.

Gmail / Email
Six email templates configured. Built-in SendEmail reaches registered app users only today; a Gmail connector would extend delivery to applicants and attendees.

Google Drive
Folder ID and file links fields on content and applications. Folder mapping is logical only — no external folders are created yet.

Notion
Notion page ID, database ID, sync status and last-synced time on content. Future workflow imports selected published content only — never the whole workspace.

Payments
Payment method, link, reference and status on paid events, services and appointments. Revolut or other external URLs supported. No card or bank details are processed inside Base44.

Social publication
Publication Studio stores campaigns, captions per platform, hashtags, CTA, planned date and approval/publication status. No social accounts are connected yet.

Google Drive folder mapping
Logical structure only — no external folders are created until the Drive connector is active. Each record can store a drive_folder_id and any number of drive_file_links.
